Meet Josh
Josh is honored to join forces with Compass RE as he leads The Wright Group, a team of like-minded, hard-working individuals who are ready, willing and able to serve all of your real estate needs. From Celeste, TX, a farm town of only 800 people, Josh graduated valedictorian of his high school class and moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University and pursue a passion for Christian music. Through his time at Belmont University, and while working in the music industry, Josh gained an expansive knowledge of the greater Nashville area and what makes this such an amazing city.
After finishing as a top 20 male finalist on American Idol Season 12, Josh returned to Nashville to sign two, back-to-back management deals. His interest in real estate began when he learned that Olympic medalist Alex Naddour is also a real estate agent. It wasn't long before Josh became certain that combining his love for Music City and helping people purchase and sale homes in this competitive market was more than a desire, he was going to put an ambitious plan into action. Josh understands that real estate is often the most expensive investment any of us will make in our lifetime, and that is a responsibility he takes seriously and stewards well.
Combing strong work ethic with expert-level guidance and world-class customer service, Josh continuously seeks to find more effective and efficient ways of serving his clients and team members well. In the moments when Josh is not directly working with a client, you can most often find him in a recording studio, serving at Nashville Life Christian Church where he is a founding member, or taking a deep breath and enjoying miles of rolling hills off the back deck of his newly-built home in Brentwood, Tennessee.
